I did the pre-order and got it last week. Signed CD was there. TShirt was there. No dog tag. Anyone else missing the tag? Tried emailing the info@ and orders@ drivenmusicgroup.com email addresses asking what's up with that. No response yet. Does anyone else know of another way to get through to someone to find out what happened?
